Do my guests pay a fee for online orders?
Yes, a 5% service fee, shown on the menu and at checkout. You pay no commission and no card processing on those orders. Marketplace apps usually charge guests more.
Do I still own my Google profile?
Yes. You don't need to add us as manager on your profile. You just need to sign in with Google and connect your profile.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your Google profile, your guest list and your domain. Cancel by text or email, no forms or phone trees. Any website we built for you is taken offline when you leave, and your domain stays yours.
Do I have to change my website, domain or phone number?
No. Your domain and phone number stay the same. We can build a new site on your domain or work with the one you have.
Isn't Google Business Profile free?
The profile is free. Keeping it active is the work: weekly posts, a reply to every review, correct holiday hours and fresh photos. That is what you pay us for.
When do I get paid for online orders?
Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe, usually within 2 business days.
Can replies be in Spanish?
Yes. Replies match the language of the review.
Who helps me when something breaks?

What if my Google profile gets suspended?
We keep your details consistent everywhere and make changes through Google's official API, which avoids common triggers like keywords in your business name and constant edits. If a suspension still happens, we help you file for reinstatement.
Can you remove fake or unfair reviews?
Google decides what comes down. We flag reviews that break Google's rules, like fake or off-topic ones, and file the removal request for you. Every real review, good or bad, gets a calm, professional reply.
Do I need to change my POS?
No. Orders flow into Square and Clover. If you use something else, our kitchen tablet accepts orders and prints tickets.
How much of my time does this take?
Almost none. Posts and replies go out automatically. You only approve replies to 1-star reviews, and you can check or edit anything else whenever you like.
Will posts sound like me?
Yes. We learn your menu, voice and specials. You can preview the calendar and edit anything before it posts.
